Proceeds做名词讲时，英文释义为“The proceeds of an event or activity are the money that has been obtained from it.”即“（某事件或活动带来的）收入”，在招股说明书中主要有以下两种译法：

1.所得款项/募集资金，主要在use of proceeds这一搭配中使用。

招股说明书中一般都会有“use of proceeds”类似章节的内容，如果仅将这里的proceeds翻译为收益或收入，则中文可能不够准确。因此，use of proceeds一般可译为所得款项用途或募集资金用途。如：

Use of Proceeds

The proceeds we obtained from [REDACTED] Investors (where applicable) were used as

our general working capital for the expansion and development of our business. As of the

Latest Practicable Date, we have utilized all the proceeds.

募集资金用途

我们从[编纂]投资者获得的资金（倘适用）用于业务扩张和发展的一般营运资本。截至最
