like和as用法差异，都有 “如同，好像”的意思，我们怎么区别

like和as翻译成中文“就像，好像，正如”等意思相近，需要加以区别的情况，主要有以下两种：
01like和as做介词
它们的主要区别在含义上：
用like是两者之间一种比喻：
Joy often comes after sorrow, like morning after night.
暮去朝必至，苦尽甘常来。
Books, like friends, should be few and well chosen.
书籍如朋友，应该少而精。
as作为;当作什么：
As babies, we rely entirely on others for food.
作为婴儿，我们完全依赖别人的食物。
During the summer vacation she worked as a waitress in a restaurant.
暑假期间，她在一家餐馆当服务员。
He stayed at the university for two years as a visiting scholar.
他在那大学做了两年访问学者。
02like和as做连词
就像；正如；与……一样
He acted like (as if) he owned the place.
Nobody can sing like (as) you do.
Like (as) I said, you’re welcome to join us for lunch.
She teaches English at school, like me/I do/as I do.
她和我一样在学校教英语。
Just do as you're told.
照吩咐的去做。
Flats in large cities are very expensive, as you know.
你知道，大城市的公寓很贵。
As I have said before, you should never have believed what he said.
我以前说过，你不应该相信他说的话。
这是大家无法区别的地方：
在传统语法中like是不做连词的，这是持续了上百年的争议，因此在学术写作中最好避免。
as后不能只跟名词！
She teaches English at school,as me!
like和as的其他用法，不是同义词，没有关联性：
