too……to……结构用法，都是“太……不……”的意思吗

too …… to do结构，too后加形容词或副词。
究竟是不是都理解为“太……不（能）……”？
这是很多同学看到有这个结构的句子时遇到的困难。
下面我们简单的来分析一下：
一般情况下to do可以理解为否定的，“不能做…”：
You’re too young to read the book.
你太小了，看不懂这本书。
（to read不能看懂）
It's too good to be true.
哪有这样的好事。
（to be true不可能是真的。）
Life is too short to work so hard.
人生苦短。
（to work so hard不用拼命工作）
Life is too short to waste on a job you hate.
生命如此短暂，不应浪费在你所讨厌的工作。
（to waste不应浪费）
Youth sees too far to see how near it is to see farther.
年轻人好高骛远。
（to see不明白）
When guns speak it is too late to argue.
枪炮发言时,争辩已枉然.
（to argue不用争辩了）
如果句子中有否定词never, not, no等
to do部分可以理解为“肯定”的意思：
No problem is too big to run away from.
世上无难事，别只想逃避。
（没什么问题大到只能逃避）
Life is too short not to enjoy it.
人生苦短，及时行乐。
Life is too short not to celebrate nice moments!
人生苦短，须当及时行乐。
It is never too late to mend.
改过自新永远不嫌晚。
It is never too old late to learn.
活到老学到老。
Don't try too hard to be something you're not.
别试图成为你不可能成为的人。
如果too前面有only，all等副词修饰，
to do也理解为“肯定”意思。
The baby is only too eager to walk by himself.
这孩子太渴望自己走了。
Mark was only too happy to agree with her.
马克很乐意同意她的意见。
Tom was only too pleased to come.
汤姆很高兴来。
I'd be only too happy to accept your invitation.
我很乐意接受你的邀请。
We're only too pleased/glad to help.
我们很乐意能帮上忙。
International companies are all too often blind to local needs.
国际公司往往对本地需求视而不见。
We are all too pleased to listen to the opinions of other.
受父母观念的影响太容易了。
It was all too easy to believe it.
这太容易让人相信了。
