口语：Job rotation是什么意思？
我们学过英语day-off rotation,or to rorate day-off(=time-off)是“轮休”，rotate shifts是“轮班”。那么，a job rotation是什么？
我们需要记住下面学过或没学过的英语(口语)：
1. Job rotation
I have seen this mainly in banking sector. Employees take care of different work profiles like a cashier, an accountant,a front desk staff, etc. I think the major benefit is that the employee will become an all rounder and capable of doing any job. So in case an employee is on leave anybody can handle his position in times of need.
其中的Employees take care of different work profiles like a cashier, an accountant,a front desk staff, etc. 就是job rotation，不过，你得用英语说出来：
Okay.I got it.We practice a job rotation system in our company=We rotate jobs in our company,we work in different jobs in our company.We work as a cashier,ee then work as an accountant,and so on.
2. When we rotate jobs in our company,we work in/change to diffetent departments to increase our job experience.
具备了“用英语理解英语，用英语说英语”能力，你就是不说job rotation这个词，也能够“换词”把we rotate jobs的意思“说出来”。
这就是我们要的英语能力。
