项目位于广西省桂林市象山区贵阳公路以西2公里处，山川秀美，远离喧嚣，享有得天独厚的自然山水风光。
The project is located in Guilin City, Guangxi Province where is far away from the hustle and bustle.

借山、造水、品田、踏云，设计师采用内部造景，外部借景策略使这幅山水画更加流光溢彩。

设计结合地形，营造曲折变化的街道形态，主街、组团道路、私有庭院形成有层级感的归家流线。
The design combines the terrain to create a winding street shape.
组团入口相互独立，保证私密性，组团间形成大面积集中景观，提升产品品质，独享庭院由巷道进入，使居住更加私密。
The group entrances are detached where there is greater privacy. A large area of concentrated landscape is created between the groups to make the residence more private as well.

飞簷下·游园入画
初入售楼处，循着曲折小径
远山朦胧，竹林疏影横斜婆娑
由市井喧闹过渡到园居清雅
抛开尘世的浮光掠影

园林的曲折回环，亦实亦虚的意境时常使游人沉醉其中，这种独特的造镜手法被运用到丽园示范区设计中，意在营造一种虚实相间的空间序列。
The unique mirroring technique is applied to the design of the Liyuan demonstration area, which aims to create a spatial sequence of real and virtual world.

取法传统建筑精髓“坡屋顶”，再造了一个流动弧线型的曲面建筑，轻盈得仿佛从荆楚大地飞扬而起，又承袭氤氲历史的文化基因而与环境融为一体。
Taking the essence of traditional architecture, the "sloping roof" recreates a curved surface structure, which inherits the cultural genes of history and integrates with the environment.
黑灰色金属屋面构成建筑屋顶上的脊骨，绵延起伏好似青山峰壑，与地面宽缓的水景观构成行云流水般的山水意象。
The black-graymetal roof forms the spine on the roof of the building. It stretches like a green mountain peak, and the water landscape on the ground forms a landscape of mountains and rivers.

如果说通透的玻璃表达的是若有若无的朦胧，那起伏的屋面则是述说着见山不是山的禅境。一虚一曲将传统山水画中的墨画蕴意、水乡淡雅，演绎的更为传神。

通透的玻璃幕墙增加轻盈感与现代感，同时辅以灰空间设计，使建筑内外之间的联系变得愈加微妙，隔而不断，若影若离。
The transparent glass curtain wall creates a sense of lightness and modernity, and is complemented by a grey space design, which makes the connection between the inside and outside of the building more subtle.

大面积的玻璃帷幕通透如玉，与水中倒映虚实交错互为对景，再由天光云影充当背景，营造出“清风徐来，水波不兴”的生态美感和恬淡心境。
The large-area glass curtain is transparent like jade, the skylight cloud shadow acts as the background, creating the ecological beauty and faint atmosphere.

建筑造型提取桂林山形，简化为双坡屋顶形式，让建筑充满活力，采用院落式布局，立面注重虚实对比，强调新旧建筑碰撞的感觉，突出野奢的度假感。
The architectural shape extracts the shape of Guilin Mountain and simplifies it into adouble-sloping roof form, It also adopts the courtyard layout, the facade pays attention to the contrast between thevirtual and the real.

外墙色彩以枫木色色调为主，坡屋面色彩以灰色调为主，冷暖对比色调，让建筑立面层次更为丰富。
The color of the exterior wall is mainly in the color of maple, and the color of the sloping roof is mainly gray, and the contrast of the warm and cold colors makes the layers of the building more rich.
