陈师傅在杭州萧山东门菜场做保洁，5月25号他接到电话，说他孙子出去玩，掉进河里了。

6岁男孩落水
杭州萧山回澜小学附近有条河，陈师傅捡了根树枝，探了下水深。陈师傅说，当天他在菜场里工作，6岁的孙子浩浩和小伙伴出去玩，一直走到这块石头的位置，落水了。
陈师傅的孙子 浩浩：“我站在这上面，我说我下去一点，我说你别推我，然后他说你下去吧。（他推了你一下？）那个孩子10岁了。（这个水深吗？）深。（当时掉水里，什么样的感觉？）辣辣的感觉。”
陈师傅说，孩子不会游泳，这是形容呛水的感觉。当时，对岸钓鱼的人和高层居民楼里的住户大声呼喊，人越聚越多。河岸旁有家推拿店，通过店里的窗户就能看到落水点，店员率先跑去救人。
附近推拿店 郭大姐：“真是有人落水，我们师傅在那喊，赶快去救人，他俩赶快去救人，我们师傅不会水，到那里扒个竿子，到那里捞。”
55岁面馆师傅出手相救
浩浩没能被拉上来，越漂越远，这时有位师傅挺身而出。
附近推拿店 郭大姐：“那个师傅很快就跳下去，（说是下水那师傅年纪有点了？）是的，我们捞上来，直接拉着小孩，把他放在这石头上，空空水。”
还好急救以后，浩浩清醒过来，自己报出了妈妈的手机号，陈师傅这才得知孩子落水了。
目前，经过医院检查，浩浩没有大碍。陈师傅一直想找到好心人，把这事跟所在菜场的摊主们讲了，巧的是，救人的师傅也跟菜场有点关系，对方姓章，今年55岁，在附近开面馆，经常来这家东门菜场进货，事发当天他刚买完菜，骑车路过河边。
章师傅：“不管了，再过两分钟，他小孩就有生命危险了，我没想那么多了。（怎么会擦到这个位置）不是擦到，我自己要掉下去了，就要呛水了，已经十几年不游水了。”
章师傅是萧山楼塔人，陈师傅曾拿着东西多次上门，都被他婉言谢绝了。
陈师傅：“他都听到声音，看到这么多人不敢下去，他这么大岁数，他这种奋不顾身，直奔到水里去，下去救人，我感激不尽，我拿钱，拿什么东西，他都不肯接受。”
陈师傅：“感谢你，真的，要不是你的，真的他命也没有了。”

与2013年相比，2018年中国首批实施新空气质量标准的74个城市PM2.5平均浓度下降41.7%，北京市PM2.5浓度从89.5微克/立方米下降到51微克/立方米，下降43%，珠三角PM2.5浓度连续四年达标，浙江省也进入总体达标行列。
Compared with 2013, PM2.5 average concentration in the first 74 Chinese cities that adopted the new Ambient Air Quality Standards decreased by 41.7% in 2018. The PM2.5 concentration in Beijing was reduced from 89.5 g/m3 to 51 g/m3, marked by a 43% drop. while the air quality in the Pearl River Delta has been statistically fine for 4 years, so has been that in Zhejiang generally.
