【民航事儿】2018年11月22日,“AGSE发动机托架维护保养”专题活动在东航技术上海浦东基地首次开课,东航技术各分子公司相关工装管理骨干参加了交流会,这是AGSE与四川海特签订战略合作协议后,首次召集国内客户进行的专题互动。本次AGSE发动机托架维护保养专题活动是由东航技术GSE保障部与AGSE共同举办,旨在通过技术交流,提升GSE工装管理专业化水平,延长工装安全使用寿命。
此次专题技术交流,AGSE中国维修中心工程师主要结合手册和相关系列托架SB服务通告,通过理论和现场操作相结合的模式,重点讲解托架日常和季度检查注意事项、以及维护保养工序和辅材要求。同时,AGSE中国维修中心也对托架在日常使用过程中易忽视的操作要点,进行了详细讲解,最大程度防控安全风险。理论讲解的同时增加了提问互动环节,分享在托架管理上的经验,反馈一线使用遇到的问题。AGSE接受了来自第一线的产品反馈,促进产品的技术升级,更好地贴近于用户的需求。
期间,作为全球LEAP工装三大供应商之一,AGSE中国区销售总监Jack Yang先生,针对波音737MAX和空客A320neo的新机型引进,系统介绍了LEAP工装的主要分类及实现的功能性,为东航工装管理部门熟悉LEAP产品,做了一次技术推介。
这样的技术专题活动将陆续采取不同的举办方式,在国内各航空公司和MRO维修企业逐步展开,目的是建立与一线使用人员良好的技术沟通渠道,协助用户更好的管控产品,消除安全隐患,提高使用效率,降低维修成本。AI SYSTEMS华东市场销售经理也参与了本次专题交流活动。

AGSE carried out exchange activities
on " Engine Stands Maintenance " in China Eastern
On November 22, 2018, the special event on " AGSE Engine Stand Maintenance" was initiated in Shanghai Pudong base in China Eastern .The related tooling management backbones engineers from the branches and subsidiaries in China Eastern have participated in the activities. This is the first interaction with domestic clients since AGSE signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sichuan Haite to establish a China Maintenance Center. This special event on stand maintenance is jointly organized by GSE department of China Eastern and AGSE, aiming to improve the professional level of GSE tooling management and prolong tooling`s lifetime through this technical exchange activity.
In the activities, engineers form AGSE China Maintenance Center focus on the daily and quarterly inspection precautions, as well as maintenance procedures and auxiliary materials requirements of stand mainly through the mode of combining theory with on-site operation and based on AGSE manuals and stand SB .Meanwhile, AGSE China Maintenance Center also explained the operation points that are easily ignored in the daily use of the stand to prevent and control safety risks to the maximum extent in detail. In addition to the theory, questions and interactions were also added for the sharing of experiences in stands management and problems encountered in front-line use. AGSE has received product feedback from the first line to promote the technical upgrading of products and better meet the needs of users.
Furthermore, Mr.Jack Yang, Regional Sales Director from AGSE, which is one of the three major OEM s for LEAP toolings in the world, systematically introduced the main categories and functions for LEAP tooling as the delivery of new aircraft models on B737 Max and A320 Neo, and made a technical recommendation for China Eastern's tooling management department to get familiar with LEAP products.
Such technical special events will gradually take different ways of participation and be launched in various domestic users in order to establish good technical communication channels with front-line users, helping users to better control products, eliminate potential safety hazards, improve use efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. The sale manager from AI Systems Shanghai office also participated in this exchange activity.
AGSE will create a one-stop service model for pre-sales technical consultation, sales and after-sales team integration in the future to provide customers in China with more quality and assured products and overall tooling case and solutions.
