正值一年一度的视听行业盛会——第九届中国网络视听大会在成都召开期间。6月4日下午，第二届“成都So秀”暨成都网络视听产业发展报告及机会清单发布仪式在成都世纪城新国际会展中心锦江厅举行。
The annual event of the audio & video industry-the 9th China Internet Audio & Video Convention (CIAVC) is held in Chengdu. On the afternoon of June 4, the second "Chengdu So Show" and the launch ceremony of the Chengdu Internet Audio & Video Industry Development Report and Opportunity List was held in the Jinjiang Hall of Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center.

经过成都市广播电视台与西南交通大学外国语学院，围绕共同建立战略合作伙伴关系、促进“媒体深度融合发展”、加强高校与媒体在跨文化传播领域的产学研合作等多方面达成的共识，双方在本届网络视听大会上正式签署战略合作协议。
Chengdu Radio & Television and the School of Foreign Languages of Southwest Jiaotong University have reached consensus on the establishment of a strategic partnership, the promotion of "in-depth media integration and development", and the strengthening of cooperation between universities and the media in the field of cross-cultural communication. A strategic cooperation agreement was officially signed in this convention.
根据协议内容，双方将互设“跨文化传播与语言文化研习基地”，开展跨文化传播领域学术交流、融媒体跨界创新实践与研究、电视和融媒体精品研发、高端国际传播人才培养等等领域的深度合作。
According to the agreement, the two parties will mutually establish a "Language, Culture and Intercultural Communication Research Center" to carry out in-depth cooperation in various fields, including academic exchanges in the field of cross-cultural communication, cross-innovative practice and research in integrated media, TV and quality integrated media research and development, training of international communication talents, etc.
此外，双方还将发挥各自优势，一边是丰富的广播电视传播平台资源、节目资源以及具有强大影响力、引领力的新媒体矩阵；另一边是学校设立于海外的美国中心、欧洲中心、国际中文远程教学基地、翻译中心等学术机构。双方将合作开展媒体深度融合发展“智库”产品研究，成立“语言文化与跨文化传播研究中心”，共同开展国际传播、跨文化交流等合作研究。
In addition, the two parties will utilize their respective advantages. For CDRTV, there are wealth resources of radio and television communication platforms, program resources, and a powerful new media matrix with strong influence and leading power; for Southwest Jiaotong University, there are overseas centres set in the United States and Europe, as well as academic institutions like International Chinese Distance Teaching Base and Translation Centers. The two parties will cooperate to carry out research on the deep integration of media to develop "think tank" products, and establish a "Language, Culture and Intercultural Communication Research Center" to jointly carry out international communication, cross-cultural exchanges and other cooperative researches.

其中，国际汉语系创建于2008年，汉语国际教育专业排名进入全国十强行列，累计培养了来自30多个国家的共计2000多名留学生。已与捷克帕拉茨基大学、美国加州大学戴维斯分校、美国哥伦比亚大学等建立了实习基地，与英国苏格兰斯克莱德大学共建该校中文学分课程，与英国苏格兰皇家动物协会共建全球首例科学特色孔子课堂，共同研发Beyond the Panda“熊猫汉语+科学”课程，与英国苏格兰中小学孔子学院合作为当地青少年提供线上汉语教学和中国文化课程，致力于为全球中国文化爱好者提供一个深入了解中国的窗口。

The department co-established the Chinese literature sub-curriculum of the school with the University of Sklyde, Scotland; launched the world's first scientific-featured Confucius Class with the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, jointly developed the Beyond the Panda "Panda Chinese + Science" course. It also cooperated with the Confucius Institute for Scottish Primary and Secondary Schools in the UK to provide online Chinese teaching and Chinese culture courses for local young people, and aims to provide a window for fans of Chinese culture around the world to learn more about China.
